I believe we all carry an inner knowing. Together, we’ll slow down, listen, and uncover what already lives inside you.

My Story
I grew up on the West Coast, in a family and community that taught me the power of connection, storytelling, and showing up for one another. I’ve always been deeply curious about people—their emotions, their patterns, their strengths—and drawn to understanding what helps us heal and grow. This interest led me to study psychology at Santa Clara University and earn my Master’s in Social Work at San José State.
My practice with clients comes from a place of inquisitiveness, compassion, and joy. At the heart of my work is the belief that when we begin to respond to our inner world with awareness and kindness, we can meet the outer world with greater peace, presence, and purpose.
I work with people who are seeking deeper alignment—parents wanting to better understand their children, adults longing to live in closer connection with their values, and young people, especially middle schoolers, who need to feel seen and heard as they find their way. Many come to me navigating anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, major transitions, a new diagnosis, or the complexities of end-of-life. My approach is warm, present, and grounded in evidence based clinical practices. We’ll move at your pace, with curiosity and care, uncovering what matters most to you.
I know the emotional landscape of caregiving, raising children who don’t fit the mold, living with a creative (and often dyslexic) brain, and striving for joy amid life’s intensity. I bring both lived and professional experience to the work—as a mother of two young adults, living with anxiety/depression, a caregiver of aging parents and a partner in a 26-year marriage.
One of the most meaningful evolutions in my practice has been the creation of Walk and Talk Therapy. Instead of sitting face-to-face in a traditional office, I meet clients on the Steinberger Slough Trail in Redwood Shores. Walking side by side in nature opens space for reflection, movement, and calm. The rhythm of walking allows thoughts and feelings to surface more naturally. We move, breathe, and notice—together—and healing often flows with greater ease. Being outdoors isn’t just a backdrop; it’s an active part of the therapeutic process, bringing clarity, integration, and a deeper connection to self.
If any part of this resonates, I’d love to hear your story. Let’s walk and talk.
Bedside Books
The Book of Joy is a book I turn to when I feel untethered. It stays close—often moving with me from room to room—offering comfort, clarity, and a reminder that I’m not alone in the questions. Its presence feels like a quiet companion on the path.
This book sits by my bedside—a gift from a friend, and I was instantly drawn to its title. Awakening feels like the perfect word for the quiet transformation I’m inviting into my life. Noticing, reflecting, and bringing more joy into the everyday is a theme I’m leaning into, and I’m looking forward to diving deeper into its pages.
I’m reading The Book of Alchemy, a collection of short passages by various authors on themes I love—beginnings, memory, seeing, and love. Each reflection includes a prompt, which I’ve been using for daily journaling and deeper self-discovery.
